Raymond Proud Jr.[3] (better known as "Lil' Ray Ray") is the son of Ray Ray Proud making him, Penny's cousin. He and his brother Sémone ate all the food at the dinner table in The Proud Family House causing the whole family to go out and eat. Next day, he, Penny and Chanel grew tired of their parents bickering and fighting so they make a retreat to the mall in Reuben Parker's SUV.
